About the Role

We are hiring a polished, articulate, and guest-focused Guest Relations Executive (GRE) for a premium fine-dining restaurant in Bangalore, recognised by Condé Nast Traveller. The ideal candidate should have excellent communication skills, a professional demeanour, and prior experience in a fine-dining or luxury hospitality environment.

The role requires someone who can create a welcoming first impression, manage guest interactions seamlessly, and deliver a personalised hospitality experience in line with the highest service standards.

Key Responsibilities

Welcome and greet guests warmly, ensuring a smooth and personalised arrival experience.

Manage reservations, guest enquiries, seating arrangements, and walk-in requests.

Communicate professionally with guests over phone, email, and messaging platforms.

Coordinate with the restaurant's service team to ensure seamless guest experiences.

Maintain guest preferences, reservation details, and special requests.

Handle guest feedback, concerns, and special occasions with tact and professionalism.

Maintain a strong understanding of the menu, restaurant concept, and overall dining experience.

Ensure the reception and guest-facing areas maintain impeccable presentation standards.

Build rapport with regular guests and contribute to guest retention.

Coordinate with internal teams to ensure service efficiency during busy periods.

Requirements

2–4 years of experience in guest relations, front office, or guest-facing hospitality roles.

Prior experience in a fine-dining restaurant or luxury hospitality environment is essential.

Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English.

Confident, articulate, and professional demeanour with strong interpersonal skills.

Strong guest-handling abilities and attention to detail.

Experience managing restaurant reservations and guest correspondence.

Ability to remain composed and solution-oriented in a fast-paced environment.

Well-groomed, organised, and committed to delivering exceptional hospitality.

Familiarity with reservation management systems is an advantage.
