Cashier/Customer Service

Greet customers warmly and provide friendly, professional service.

Take customer orders accurately, both in person and over the phone, when required.

Process cash, credit/debit card, and other payment transactions.

Operate the cash register and point-of-sale (POS) system.

Answer questions about menu items, prices, ingredients, and available promotions.

Assist customers with order modifications and special requests.

Ensure orders are entered correctly and communicated to the kitchen staff.

Handle customer concerns and complaints professionally.

Maintain a clean, organized, and presentable cashier counter and service area.

Assist with packing takeout and delivery orders when needed.

Reconcile the cash drawer and report any payment discrepancies.

Follow restaurant hygiene, food safety, and customer service standards.

Work closely with kitchen staff and other team members to ensure smooth restaurant operations.

Pay

₹15,000.00 - ₹18,000.00 per month
