A Trainee Operator is an entry-level employee who learns how to operate machines, equipment, or production processes under supervision.

Roles and Responsibilities

Assist in operating machinery and equipment.

Learn standard operating procedures (SOPs) and safety guidelines.

Monitor machine performance and report issues.

Perform basic inspections and routine maintenance tasks.

Maintain production records and documentation.

Ensure workplace cleanliness and safety.

Follow instructions from supervisors and senior operators.

Support production targets while maintaining quality standards.

Pay: ₹24,000.00 - ₹27,000.00 per month
