Sales Skills

Strong grasp of the end-to-end sales lifecycle (prospecting, pitching, handling price/terms objections, closing).

Communication

Excellent verbal and written communication skills with strong interpersonal rapport-building ability.

Mindset

Goal-oriented, self-motivated, and capable of working in a fast-paced environment.

Key Performance Indicators (KPIs)

Monthly sales volume for Credit Cards, Personal/Business Loans, and Insurance units.

Lead conversion rate and pipeline efficiency.
