Warehouse Executive

Job Description

HTRZ MODZ is looking for a responsible and detail-oriented Warehouse Executive to manage daily warehouse operations, maintain inventory accuracy, and ensure efficient stock movement and order fulfilment.

Key Responsibilities

Receive and verify incoming goods against purchase orders and invoices, and complete GRN entries.

Maintain accurate inventory records and conduct regular stock verification.

Manage stock storage, labelling, picking, packing, and dispatch.

Coordinate with Purchase, Sales, Accounts, and other departments for stock availability and order fulfilment.

Maintain warehouse cleanliness, organisation, and product safety.

Prepare stock reports and report discrepancies, damages, or shortages promptly.

Requirements

Diploma or Degree in a relevant field.

1–3 years of experience in warehouse or inventory management.

Knowledge of Zoho Inventory and strong MS Excel skills.

Good organisational, documentation, and coordination skills.
