Job Overview

We are looking for an experienced Import Logistics Manager to handle end-to-end import operations, international shipments, customs clearance, and logistics cost management.

Key Responsibilities

Manage end-to-end import shipments and international logistics.

Coordinate with overseas suppliers, freight forwarders, shipping lines, and customs clearing agents.

Handle import documentation, Bill of Entry, invoices, packing lists, and shipping documents.

Ensure compliance with Indian Customs regulations and import procedures.

Negotiate freight charges and optimise logistics costs.

Monitor shipment schedules, customs clearance, and timely material delivery.

Coordinate with procurement, warehouse, and accounts teams.

Maintain shipment trackers, import records, and MIS reports.

Required Skills

9+ years of hands-on experience in import logistics and customs clearance.

Strong knowledge of import documentation, Incoterms, HS codes, and customs procedures.

Experience in international shipping, freight negotiation, and logistics cost control.

Good knowledge of MS Excel and ERP systems.

Strong coordination, negotiation, and problem-solving skills.

Preferred

Experience in flooring, ceiling systems, building materials, or commercial interior products.
