About this job

Head of Growth

Remote, worldwide · US hours · Starts flexible, can become full-time

Own growth at Shifter end to end, from getting B2B software companies to notice us to closing the deal.

About Shifter

Shifter does SEO and AI search for B2B software companies, so buyers find them on Google and in ChatGPT's answers. We're registered in the UAE, fully remote, and expanding.

I'm Fabian Cid, the founder. I led a team in Google Ops and founded Hotghostwriter, a 400-person ghostwriting company.

What you'll do

  • Build demand through content, LinkedIn and campaigns
  • Run outbound to B2B software companies
  • Set up partnerships with agencies and advisors who work with them
  • Run sales calls and close deals
  • Bring what you hear from buyers back into how we sell

What we're looking for

  • You've grown a B2B services or SaaS company, across marketing and sales, with the numbers to show for it. Anonymised is fine
  • You're comfortable owning a pipeline from first touch to signed deal
  • You can work US hours
  • Strong English, and confident on calls

How it works

  • Fixed salary plus commission
  • Remote, US hours
  • Starts flexible, can become full-time

How to apply

Use the short form on the role page

It asks for your track record
what you've grown or sold, for whom, and the results (pipeline, revenue or deals, with dates). Anonymised is fine.

I read every application and reply within a few days. If this sounds like you, I'd really like to hear from you.

Fabian
