Courtyard by Marriott Hyderabad is hiring for Commis in Hyderabad. Support hotel kitchen operations through preparation, mise en place, cleanliness and teamwork.

Key responsibilities

Prepare basic ingredients and assist senior chefs during service.

Follow recipe, portioning and plating directions.

Maintain clean work areas and store food safely.

Help with receiving, stock rotation and closing routines.
