Courtyard by Marriott Hyderabad is hiring for Sous Chef – Asian in Hyderabad. Support the culinary leadership team with Asian cuisine preparation, production and kitchen coordination.
Key responsibilities
Supervise preparation and plating of Asian dishes in the assigned kitchen areas.
Organize mise en place, ingredient use and service readiness.
Guide kitchen staff on recipes, portion consistency and hygiene.
Coordinate with the chef team on stock needs, waste reduction and quality.
Relevant skills and experience
Practical knowledge of Asian cuisine and food handling.
