Radisson Hotel Gurugram Sohna Road City Center is inviting applications for the position of Duty Manager in Gurugram, Haryana. The role will oversee hotel operations during assigned shifts and help teams resolve service issues quickly and professionally. This position is based at the hotel in Sector 49, on Sohna Road.

Role Overview

Working with hotel leadership and colleagues across departments, the successful candidate will help maintain service quality, operational consistency and responsive guest care. The day-to-day scope will follow the hotel’s requirements and the responsibilities of the Front Office / Hotel Operations team.

Key Responsibilities

Act as a visible manager on duty and coordinate operational priorities across hotel departments.

Support smooth arrivals, departures, room availability and guest requests.

Respond to escalated guest concerns with empathy, fairness and timely resolution.

Coordinate front office, housekeeping, security, engineering and food-and-beverage support as needed.

Monitor lobby and public-area presentation, operational incidents and service continuity.

Maintain accurate shift handovers, issue logs and management updates.

Follow hotel security, emergency-response, cash-control and confidentiality procedures.

Help team members deliver consistent hospitality standards during high-occupancy periods.

Skills and Relevant Experience

Hotel duty management, front office supervision or related operational experience.

Sound judgment in guest service recovery and escalations.

Ability to coordinate multiple hotel teams and shift priorities.

Familiarity with hotel property-management workflows and operating procedures.

Clear communication, calm decision-making and professional presentation.

Working With the Hotel Team

Success in this position relies on effective communication, a guest-focused mindset, responsible working practices and collaboration with other hotel departments. Relevant hospitality experience is valued; the hiring team will assess individual experience and suitability during selection.
