Accounts & Purchase Executive

Accounting \& Financial Management

• Day-to-day Bookkeeping: Maintain accurate financial records by logging daily transactions, accounts payable, and accounts receivable.
• Invoicing \& Billing: Generate client invoices, follow up on outstanding payments, and verify vendor bills against purchase orders.
• Bank Reconciliation: Perform regular bank reconciliations and manage petty cash handling.
• Financial Reporting: Support the senior management team in preparing monthly financial summaries and balance sheets.

Procurement \& Vendor Management

• Sourcing \& Negotiation: Identify reliable suppliers, request quotes, and negotiate competitive pricing, payment terms, and delivery schedules.
• Purchase Order Management: Prepare, issue, and track Purchase Orders (POs) through to fulfillment.
• Inventory Control: Monitor inventory levels to prevent stockouts or overstocking, and cross-verify physical stock with system records.
• Vendor Relations: Build and maintain strong, long-term relationships with key vendors while evaluating their performance regularly.
• Logistics Coordination: Coordinate with logistics providers to ensure timely delivery of goods and resolve any shipping discrepancies or damages.
