Job Title: Telecaller cum Receptionist – Aesthetic Clinic

Location: Kazhakoottam, Trivandrum

We are looking for a Telecaller cum Receptionist to handle daily enquiries, follow up with potential clients, convert enquiries into bookings, and manage front-desk activities at our aesthetic clinic.

Key Responsibilities

• Handle incoming calls, WhatsApp messages, and daily enquiries.
• Explain clinic services clearly and arrange consultations.
• Follow up with interested clients and convert enquiries into appointments and customers.
• Welcome patients and assist with registration and appointment scheduling.
• Maintain accurate enquiry, follow-up, and appointment records.
• Coordinate with doctors and clinic staff to ensure smooth patient service.

Skills Required

• Good communication and customer service skills.
• A friendly, professional approach over the phone and in person.
• Basic computer knowledge and confidence using WhatsApp.
• Ability to manage follow-ups and front-desk responsibilities efficiently.
