Job Details

• Job Type: Full-Time
• Salary: ₹10,000 per month + Incentives
• Location: Thiruvananthapuram, Kerala
• Experience: Freshers and experienced candidates can apply

Key Responsibilities

• Make outbound calls to potential customers and enquiries.
• Explain our home healthcare services clearly and professionally.
• Follow up with leads and convert enquiries into appointments.
• Maintain proper records of calls and follow-ups.
• Coordinate with the operations team regarding patient enquiries.

Requirements

• Good Malayalam speaking ability with clear communication skills
• Fluent and confident in Malayalam; knowledge of English is an added advantage.
• Friendly, polite and convincing personality.
• Basic computer knowledge.
• Ability to handle calls and follow-ups effectively.
• Candidates with telecalling, sales or customer service experience will be preferred.
