Job Summary

We are urgently looking for a dedicated and detail-oriented File Manager to join our team in Trivandrum. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing file allocation processes, supporting system users, and ensuring smooth day-to-day operational activities.

Key Responsibilities

• Handle file allocation tasks efficiently and accurately
• Download and upload files as required
• Manage and support system users
• Coordinate with team members for smooth daily operations
• Report issues, updates, and queries to the manager promptly

Required Qualifications \& Skills

• Bachelor’s degree from a recognized university
• Good working knowledge of MS Word and MS Excel
• Basic networking knowledge
• Strong organizational and communication skills
• Ability to work effectively in a team-oriented environment

Preferred Candidate Profile

• Detail-oriented with strong problem-solving skills
• Ability to handle multiple tasks efficiently
• Comfortable working in early morning shifts starting at 3:00 AM
