At MYDESIGNATION, we’re looking for a Customer Support Manager who can take ownership of our customer experience and build a high-performing, responsible, and customer-focused support team.

Thiruvananthapuram, Kerala

Experience

2+ years in Customer Support / Customer Experience, preferably with team-handling experience

What you’ll be responsible for

• Lead and manage the Customer Support team and ensure smooth day-to-day operations.
• Monitor customer queries, complaints, escalations, and ensure timely resolution.
• Build strong processes and ensure the team follows them consistently.
• Track key customer support metrics such as response time, resolution time, CSAT, and ticket backlog.
• Handle critical customer escalations with ownership and professionalism.
• Identify recurring customer issues and work with relevant teams to improve processes.
• Coach, guide, and motivate the support team to improve performance.
• Ensure consistent and high-quality communication across all customer touchpoints.
• Coordinate closely with Operations, Logistics, Retail, and other teams to resolve customer issues effectively.
• Prepare regular reports and provide insights on customer concerns and team performance.
