Marketing Manager

Job Responsibilities

• Develop and implement marketing strategies to increase laboratory business and customer base.
• Identify and approach potential clients from food industries, hotels, restaurants, manufacturing units, hospitals, institutions, water treatment plants, apartments and other industries.
• Generate new business leads and convert them into regular customers.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with existing and potential clients.
• Promote laboratory testing services including Food, Water, Microbiological, Chemical, Environmental and Air Quality Testing.
• Coordinate with the laboratory and technical team regarding customer requirements, quotations, sample collection and reports.
• Prepare and follow up on quotations, proposals and business enquiries.
• Conduct regular client visits and market surveys.
• Manage and guide marketing executives and customer relationship personnel.
• Monitor daily/weekly marketing activities, leads, follow-ups and conversions.
• Develop corporate tie-ups and long-term business relationships.
• Achieve assigned sales and business-development targets.
• Prepare regular marketing and sales performance reports for management.

Required Skills

• Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
• Strong sales and business-development skills.
• Ability to build professional client relationships.
• Good knowledge of MS Office and basic reporting.
• Leadership and team-management skills.
• Willingness to travel for client visits.
• Experience in laboratory testing, food industry, environmental services, water testing or related industries will be an advantage.

Eligibility

• Graduate/MBA in Marketing, Business Administration, Life Sciences, Chemistry, Environmental Science or a related field.
• Freshers with strong communication and sales skills or experienced candidates may apply.

Pay

₹20,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
