Site Engineer (Interior)

• Able to handle multiples sites in a day
• Should handle project independently.
• Timely completion of each project
• Ensure workers productivity
• Ensure project expenses within the budget
• Collecting project signoff sheet with good customer review
• Local purchase for the completion of work on time
• Work closely with designers, decorators, architects and constructors
• Research and follow industry changes, evolutions and best practises
• Resolve client disputes and concerns on time.
• QC and material selection.
• REQUIREMENT \& SKILL
• Good communication skill and leader ship skills too
• Proven working experience in site management
• Expertise labour management
• Proficient to read specification and drawings
• Excellent portfolio of previous works
• Problem solving skill
• Communication and presentation skills
• Project management skills
• Diploma Civil/B.tech Civil
