Job Overview

DPX LIVE 360 is seeking experienced professionals to manage relationships with Non-Resident Indians (NRIs) and High-Net-Worth Individuals (HNIs), identify potential business opportunities and develop long-term client relationships.

The role involves professional outreach, client engagement, presenting relevant company offerings, coordinating meetings and maintaining communication with prospective and existing clients.

Key Responsibilities

• Identify and connect with prospective NRI and HNI clients through professional networks, referrals and approved outreach channels.
• Build and maintain a database of prospective and existing clients.
• Understand client interests and introduce relevant company programmes and offerings.
• Arrange client calls, virtual meetings, presentations and follow-ups.
• Develop personalized communication and relationship-management strategies.
• Build trust through timely responses, professional communication and consistent engagement.
• Identify potential business, partnership and client-acquisition opportunities.
• Coordinate with management to prepare proposals and communicate approved commercial terms.
• Maintain accurate records of client interactions, enquiries and relationship progress.
• Prepare regular reports on prospective clients, engagement activities and business opportunities.
• Maintain confidentiality and handle client information responsibly.

Qualifications \& Required Skills

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Finance, Marketing, Hospitality or a related field preferred.
• 3–5 years of relevant experience in client relations, relationship management, premium customer service, business development or luxury sales.
• Strong communication, interpersonal, negotiation and presentation skills.
• Ability to build professional relationships with senior-level clients.
• Experience managing high-value clients or international customer relationships will be an advantage.
• Familiarity with CRM systems, email, spreadsheets and virtual meeting platforms.
• Professional conduct, discretion and a customer-focused approach.

Performance will be evaluated based on client acquisition, quality of relationships, follow-up effectiveness, qualified business opportunities, client engagement and achievement of agreed targets.
