Hotel Cleaner

Job Description

We are looking for hardworking, detail-oriented, and reliable Housekeeping Staff to join our hotel team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for maintaining cleanliness, hygiene, and a comfortable environment for our guests while ensuring that hotel rooms and public areas meet the highest standards.

Key Responsibilities

• Clean and maintain guest rooms, bathrooms, corridors, and public areas.
• Change bed linen, make beds, and replace towels and guest amenities.
• Replenish toiletries and housekeeping supplies as required.
• Ensure all rooms are clean, hygienic, and ready for guest check-in.
• Report maintenance issues, damages, and lost-and-found items to the supervisor.
• Handle cleaning equipment and chemicals safely.
• Follow hotel cleanliness, hygiene, and safety standards.
• Respond politely to guest requests and provide excellent customer service.
• Maintain housekeeping trolleys, storage areas, and equipment in an organized condition.
• Coordinate with the front office and maintenance teams when required.

Requirements

• Previous experience in hotel housekeeping is preferred but not mandatory.
• Good attention to detail and cleanliness.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Good communication skills and a positive attitude.
• Ability to perform physical tasks, including standing, bending, and lifting as required.
• Willingness to work shifts, weekends, and holidays when necessary.
