Spanish-speaking B2B Sales Executive

Role purpose: Build a repeatable pipeline of importers, sanitaryware distributors, wholesalers and private-label buyers in Spanish-speaking Latin America.

Responsibilities

• Research and contact genuine importers, distributors, wholesalers and sanitaryware retailers.
• Conduct discovery calls and communicate professionally in Spanish and English.
• Qualify product requirements, expected container volume, target price, market standards, buying timeline and decision-maker.
• Send relevant catalogues, technical information and quotations after understanding the buyer's needs.
• Follow up with a defined next action—not repeated “Any update?” messages.
• Maintain every interaction, quotation and commitment in the CRM.
• Coordinate with the owner for price approvals, payment-risk checks and exceptional commercial terms.
• Build a country-level prospect list and report which markets are producing qualified opportunities.

Must-have skills

• Strong working Spanish, including professional business writing and live conversation.
• Clear English communication.
• Evidence of prospecting, negotiation and follow-up discipline.
• Comfort with Excel/CRM, email, WhatsApp Business and video meetings.
• Ability to explain a product offer without making unsupported claims about certifications or factory capacity.
