Job Summary

Bright Venture Consultancy is hiring a dynamic and customer-focused Sales Executive to handle retail sales, assist customers, and maintain an attractive store environment.

Key Responsibilities

• Greet customers, understand their needs, and recommend suitable products.
• Promote products, upsell items, and achieve sales targets.
• Maintain product displays and store cleanliness.
• Assist with billing, customer queries, exchanges, and returns.
• Monitor stock levels and support inventory management.
• Build positive customer relationships to encourage repeat sales

Required Skills

• 1–2 years of experience in retail sales, customer service, or counter sales.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Good customer-handling and convincing skills.
• Energetic, presentable, and customer-focused personality.
• Basic computer and POS billing knowledge is an advantage.
• Basic Computer Knowledge Required
