Key Responsibilities

• Develop and implement comprehensive digital marketing strategies aligned with business objectives.
• Plan, execute, monitor, and optimize Google Ads and Meta Ads (Facebook \& Instagram) campaigns to maximize ROI.
• Manage and optimize e-commerce marketing campaigns to increase website traffic, conversions, and revenue.
• Monitor campaign performance using analytics tools and prepare regular performance reports with actionable insights.
• Allocate and manage digital marketing budgets effectively across various channels.
• Collaborate with the creative, content, and sales teams to execute integrated marketing campaigns.
• Conduct keyword research, audience targeting, competitor analysis, and market research to improve campaign effectiveness.
• Optimize landing pages and conversion funnels to enhance lead generation and customer acquisition.
• Stay updated with the latest digital marketing trends, platform updates, and industry best practices.
• Ensure consistency in brand communication across all digital platforms.
• Drive continuous improvement through A/B testing, performance analysis, and data-driven decision-making.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Commerce, or any related field.
• 3–4 years of hands-on experience in digital marketing, preferably in a managerial or team leadership role.
• Proven experience in managing Google Ads, Meta Ads, and performance marketing campaigns.
• Experience in planning and executing e-commerce marketing campaigns across multiple digital platforms.
• Strong understanding of Google Analytics, Google Tag Manager, Search Console, and other digital marketing tools.
• Knowledge of SEO, SEM, social media marketing, email marketing, and conversion rate optimization.
