CNC Maintenance HOD

• Plan preventive maintenance and machine inspections.
• Lead breakdown repairs and troubleshoot Siemens controllers, PLCs, servo drives, and motors.
• Maintain spindles, tool changers, hydraulic systems, and pneumatic systems.
• Investigate repeated faults and arrange lasting corrections.
• Track downtime, repair time, and machine availability.
• Manage spare parts and coordinate vendor service visits.
• Supervise, train, and schedule maintenance technicians.
• Support new machine installation and keep maintenance records accurate.
• Follow safety procedures and control repair costs.
