6\) Job Description

Qualification  Diploma / B.E. / B.Tech – Mechanical / Civil Engineering

Techno-Commercial, Technical Sales Support, Estimation/Quotation or Project Coordination.

• Prepare, verify, revise and share quotations/orders based on negotiations.

• Handle initial correspondence with clients/vendors and manage customer communication.

• Coordinate with the Sales Team for order processing, dispatch and payment collection.

• Coordinate with Site Engineers, Installation Team, Technical Team, Transporters and Suppliers as and when required.

• Handle walk-in customers and provide product/company details.

• Support team members, resolve queries and ensure smooth workflow.

• Visit running sites with the Sales Team if commercial/coordination issues arise.

• Support inventory coordination for timely order execution.

• Maintain sales documentation such as proposals, contracts and related records.
