• Develop and maintain strong relationships with existing and prospective customers.
• Respond to customer inquiries received through phone calls, WhatsApp, email, and other channels.
• Follow up with potential customers.
• Prepare quotations, share product details, and follow up on pending orders.
• Coordinate with the production, dispatch, and accounts departments for smooth order processing.
• Maintain customer databases, sales records, and follow-up reports.
• Follow up with customers regarding order confirmation and pending payments, as required.
• Work towards achieving sales targets and improving customer satisfaction.
