Job Summary

A manufacturing company in the brass components industry is looking for an experienced CNC \& VMC Operator to operate machining equipment, maintain dimensional accuracy, and ensure quality production of brass components.

Key Responsibilities

• Operate CNC and VMC machines according to production plans and schedules.
• Perform machine setting, tool setting, offset corrections, and basic adjustments.
• Read and interpret technical drawings, dimensions, and tolerances for brass components.
• Measure component dimensions using vernier calipers, micrometers, height gauges, and other precision instruments.
• Maintain required production targets and machining cycle times.
• Monitor machining quality and identify defects during production.
• Troubleshoot basic machine or tooling issues and report problems to the supervisor.
• Maintain daily production and inspection records.
• Keep the workstation clean and follow safety procedures.

Required Skills

• 2–4 years of practical experience as a CNC/VMC Operator.
• Experience in brass components manufacturing is preferred.
• Strong knowledge of machine operation, tool setting, and offset correction.
• Ability to read technical drawings and use precision measuring instruments.
• Basic troubleshooting and defect identification skills.
• Commitment to workplace safety, accuracy, and product quality.
