Assistant Manager – CNC Production

- Brass Components Manufacturing Location: Jamnagar, Gujarat
Key Responsibilities
- Manage CNC production planning, scheduling, and execution.
- Supervise CNC setters, operators, and programmers.
- Ensure production targets, quality standards, and timely delivery.
- Optimize CNC machining processes, cycle time, and tool utilization.
- Troubleshoot machining issues and reduce rejection and downtime.
- Coordinate with Quality, Maintenance, PPC, and Tool Room departments.
- Ensure adherence to safety standards and production procedures.
- Qualification
- Diploma / B.E. in Mechanical Engineering.
- Experience
- 5–8 years in CNC production, preferably in brass component manufacturing.
- Required Skills
- CNC programming, setting, machining process knowledge, team management, production planning, and problem-solving.
- Pay
- ₹50,000.00 - ₹60,000.00 per month
