- Head Chef / Master Chef
- Salary: ₹25,000 – ₹35,000 per month
- Experience: Minimum 5-8 years in restaurant kitchen management, recipe standardization, and taste consistency.
- Biryani & Bagara Master
- Salary: ₹20,000 – ₹25,000 per month
- Experience: Expert in preparing authentic Dum Biryanis, Chitti Mutiyalu Pulav, and various Bagara Rice varieties.
- Tandoor Master
- Salary: ₹18,000 – ₹23,000 per month
- Experience: Experienced in making Tandoori Kebabs, Tikka, Fish Tandoor, Roti, and Naan.
- Chinese / Wok Master
- Salary: ₹18,000 – ₹22,000 per month
- Experience: Proficient in preparing Soups, Noodles, Fried Rice, and fast-moving starters.
- Kitchen Helpers / Commis (2-3 Openings)
- Salary: ₹10,000 – ₹13,000 per month
- Experience: Basic vegetable cutting, chopping, deep frying, kitchen cleaning, and assisting chefs. Key Responsibilities
