HR Recruiter

Pride Realty & Infra Pvt. Ltd. is a growing real estate consultancy based in Pune, specializing in residential and commercial properties, new project launches, and property sales. We are looking for a proactive and result-oriented HR Recruiter to join our team and support our growing workforce. Job Responsibilities : Handle end-to-end recruitment for various positions, including Real Estate Sales Executives, Pre-Sales Executives, Telecallers, and other office staff. Source candidates through Naukri, Indeed, LinkedIn, social media, job portals, and employee referrals. Screen resumes, conduct initial interviews, and shortlist suitable candidates. Coordinate employee onboarding, induction, attendance, and leave records. Assist in maintaining HR policies, office discipline, and employee engagement activities. Prepare daily and weekly recruitment reports and hiring updates. Requirements : Bachelor's degree in HR, Business Administration, or a related field preferred. 1–3 years of experience in recruitment or HR operations preferred. Experience in real estate recruitment will be an added advantage. Good communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills. Ability to manage multiple vacancies and meet hiring targets.
