Job Responsibilities - Engage with children through fun, interactive and creative play. - Assist and guide children in sensory, movement, pretend play and soft play zones. - Plan and conduct simple art, craft, DIY and group activities. - Encourage children to explore, participate and play at their own pace. - Ensure a safe, clean, calm and welcoming environment for all children. - Assist in organising birthday parties, workshops and special events. - Handle basic administrative tasks, including attendance, daily records, activity schedules and centre documentation. - Work closely with the team to ensure a positive experience for children and parents. Who Can Apply? - Freshers and experienced candidates are welcome. - Graduates from any discipline. Backgrounds in Psychology, Education, Social Work or Child Development are an added advantage. - Individuals who genuinely enjoy working with children. - Patient, caring, energetic and creative personalities. - Good communication, organisational and teamwork skills. - Comfortable handling basic administrative responsibilities. - Willingness to learn and engage with children of different abilities. Prior experience is not mandatory. We value enthusiasm, patience, a willingness to learn and a genuine passion for working with children.
