Field Collection Executive

Job Title: Field Collection Executive Job Summary: A Field Collection Executive is responsible for visiting customers to collect outstanding payments, following up on overdue accounts, maintaining customer relationships, and ensuring timely recovery of dues as per company policies. Key ResponsibilitiesVisit customers at their residences or business locations for payment collection. Follow up with customers regarding overdue payments through phone calls and field visits. Explain outstanding dues and payment deadlines to customers. Collect payments through company-approved methods and issue receipts as required. Maintain accurate records of collections, customer visits, and pending payments. Submit daily collection reports to the supervisor or manager. Handle customer queries and payment-related disputes professionally. Achieve assigned daily, weekly, and monthly collection targets. Follow company policies and ethical collection practices.
