📢 URGENT HIRING – COLLECTION/RECOVERY EXECUTIVE 💼 Job Role: Banking Collection/Recovery Executive 📍 Job Location: B-85, Third Floor, Noida Sector 2 🚇 Nearest Metro Station: Noida Sector 15 🔹 Eligibility Criteria - Freshers and experienced candidates can apply. - Qualification: 12th Pass / Graduate. - Freshers will receive training. - DRA certification is mandatory for experienced candidates. 📋 Job Responsibilities - Contact customers regarding overdue loan EMIs and pending payments. - Follow up with customers to ensure timely payment of outstanding dues. - Explain pending amounts and payment details to customers professionally. - Obtain payment commitments (PTP – Promise to Pay) from customers. - Update customer details, payment status, and call remarks in the system. - Achieve assigned collection targets and contribute to team performance. 🗣️ Skills Required - Good communication skills in Hindi and basic English. - Basic computer knowledge. - Positive attitude and willingness to learn. 💰 Salary & Incentives - Salary is negotiable based on previous salary, experience, and interview performance. - Attractive incentives 🕒 Working Hours 09:30 AM – 06:30 PM 🗓️ Working Days - 6 Days Working - Rotational Weekly Off (two sunday are fixed) 🎯 Benefits - On-roll employment. - Incentive structure. - Training and development opportunities for freshers. - Career growth opportunities.
