Responsibilities: Make outbound calls to potential customers. Explain health insurance plans, benefits, and coverage. Understand customer requirements and suggest suitable insurance plans. Follow up with interested customers and convert leads into sales. Achieve monthly sales targets and earn performance-based incentives. Maintain customer records and follow up regularly. Skills Required: Good communication and convincing skills. Basic computer knowledge. Interest in sales and customer handling. Positive attitude and willingness to learn. Hindi communication skills.
