Head Cook – Biryani & Bengali Cuisine JOB LOCATION WILL BE- MALDA We are looking for an experienced Head Cook specializing in Biryani and Bengali cuisine . Responsibilities: Prepare authentic Biryani and Bengali dishes. Maintain consistent taste, quality, and hygiene. Manage daily food preparation and kitchen operations. Guide kitchen helpers and maintain discipline. Ensure timely preparation of orders and minimize food wastage. Requirements: Good experience in Biryani and Bengali cooking. Ability to independently handle kitchen operations. Experience in restaurant/cloud kitchen/catering preferred. Responsible, punctual, and hardworking. Duty: 10–11 hours maximum per day. Exact timing will be fixed after discussion.
