We are looking for motivated and result-oriented Field Sales Executives to expand our dealer network, generate new business opportunities, and increase sales. Key Responsibilities Visit potential dealers, retailers, distributors, and business owners to generate sales. Develop and maintain strong relationships with existing and prospective customers. Identify new markets and opportunities for EV, lithium battery, and solar product sales. Promote company products, explain features, pricing, and business benefits to customers. Generate leads, conduct follow-ups, and convert prospects into customers. Expand the company’s dealer and distributor network. Achieve daily, weekly, and monthly sales targets. Collect market feedback, competitor pricing, and customer requirements. Maintain daily visit reports, lead records, and sales updates. Coordinate with the office and sales team regarding orders, payments, and deliveries. Requirements Minimum qualification: 12th pass; graduates preferred. Good communication, negotiation, and convincing skills. Willingness to travel and meet customers in the field. Self-motivated, disciplined, and target-oriented. Basic smartphone and reporting skills. Previous experience in field sales, distribution, or FMCG/automotive sales is an advantage. Freshers with a strong interest in sales are welcome.
