🚨 URGENT HIRING – SERVICE ADVISOR 🚨 Company: P.S Jivraj Automobiles LLP (PSJ TVS) Department: Service Designation: Service Advisor Key Responsibilities Welcome customers and handle them professionally. Understand and record customer complaints regarding their two-wheelers. Prepare job cards with accurate customer details, vehicle information, and service requirements. Inspect vehicles and coordinate with technicians to identify technical issues. Prepare service estimates, including labour charges and spare parts costs. Required Skills Good communication and customer-handling skills. Basic technical knowledge of two-wheelers, including engines, brakes, batteries, tyres, and electrical systems. Knowledge of vehicle servicing and periodic maintenance. Ability to prepare job cards and service estimates. Basic computer knowledge and familiarity with MS Excel or service management software. Educational Qualification Minimum: 12th Pass. Diploma or ITI in Automobile or Mechanical Engineering is preferred. Experience Preferred 1–2 years of experience as a Service Advisor in a two-wheeler dealership or automobile service centre. Freshers with good communication skills and basic automobile knowledge may also be considered.
