Job Description We are looking for enthusiastic, energetic, and target-driven Female Telecallers to join our growing real estate team in Aminjikarai, Chennai. In this role, you will be the first point of contact for potential clients, introducing them to our properties, understanding their requirements, and scheduling site visits. If you have excellent communication skills, a persuasive personality, and a passion for sales, we want to hear from you! Key Responsibilities Outbound calling to prospective customers from the provided database. Pitching real estate properties, projects, and commercial/residential solutions to clients. Understanding customer requirements and guiding them toward the right property options. Scheduling and coordinating site visits for the field sales team. Building and maintaining strong customer relationships through regular, professional follow-ups. Meeting daily, weekly, and monthly call and lead generation targets. Maintaining accurate logs of daily calls and customer interactions in the database.
