Interior Project Supervisor

Hiring: Interior Project Engineer Sarvam Design Spaces | Bengaluru Experience: Minimum 2 years in interior site execution Job Type: Full-time About the Role: Sarvam Design Spaces is looking for an Interior Project Engineer to manage on-site execution of residential and commercial interior projects. You will coordinate with designers, vendors and contractors to ensure work meets approved drawings, quality standards and project timelines. Key Responsibilities: Supervise daily site activities and ensure execution follows approved drawings, specifications and BOQs. Take site measurements and verify dimensions before production and installation. Plan work schedules and coordinate carpentry, modular installation, electrical, plumbing, false ceiling, painting and other interior works. Coordinate with the design team to resolve drawing queries and site challenges before execution. Track material requirements, deliveries and consumption to avoid delays and wastage. Inspect workmanship and materials, identify defects and ensure timely corrections. Monitor progress against deadlines and share regular site updates, photographs and reports. Verify contractor measurements and completed quantities for billing. Record changes and additional work, and obtain approvals before proceeding. Maintain site safety, cleanliness and protection of completed finishes. Prepare snag lists, coordinate rectifications and support project handover. Requirements: Minimum 2 years of hands-on experience in interior project execution . Ability to read and interpret interior working drawings, layouts and BOQs. Working knowledge of interior materials, finishes, installation methods and quality checks. Basic proficiency in AutoCAD, MS Excel and site documentation. Strong coordination, communication and problem-solving skills. Ability to manage multiple work teams and take ownership of site deliverables. Willingness to travel between project sites in Bengaluru. Kannada, English and Hindi communication skills preferred.
