Sales Executive

Job Responsibilities Handle incoming customer inquiries through phone calls and WhatsApp. Contact potential customers and generate new sales leads. Explain product specifications, sizes, pricing, and features to customers. Follow up with interested customers to convert inquiries into orders. Maintain customer records, sales reports, and follow-up details. Build and maintain strong relationships with existing and new customers. Coordinate with the team regarding orders, payments, and dispatches. Achieve monthly sales targets and contribute to business growth. Requirements Good communication and convincing skills. Basic knowledge of Hindi and Gujarati; English is an added advantage. Basic computer and smartphone skills. Ability to handle customer inquiries professionally. Previous experience in sales or telecalling is preferred, but freshers can also apply. A positive attitude, confidence, and willingness to learn.
