Work Schedule

5 days working rotational shift, 2 days rotational week off

About the Role

We are looking for enthusiastic and customer-focused individuals to join International Voice Process team for our client at BTM 1st stage, Bangalore office. This role requires interacting with international customers/clients over calls, so exceptional communication skills are a must.

Key Responsibilities

Handle inbound/outbound calls for international customers in a professional manner

Resolve customer queries and provide accurate information in a timely manner

Maintain high standards of service quality and customer satisfaction

Document customer interactions and update records accurately

Collaborate with team members and escalate issues when necessary

Meet individual and team performance targets (quality, productivity, SLAs)

Required Skills & Qualifications

Exceptional verbal communication skills in English (fluency, clarity, and neutral/international accent preferred)

Strong listening and problem-solving skills

Ability to work in a fast-paced, target-driven environment

Comfortable working 5 days a week with rotational week offs (including weekends, as applicable)

Prior experience in an international voice process is a plus, but freshers with excellent communication skills are welcome to apply

Basic computer proficiency
