Monitor work progress and ensure timely completion of assigned activities.

Inspect workmanship and ensure compliance with approved quality standards and project specifications.

Ensure proper implementation of site safety procedures and housekeeping practices.

Maintain daily progress reports, manpower records, material consumption records, and site activity updates.

Identify site issues, resolve routine construction problems, and report technical concerns to the site engineer.

Monitor material usage and minimize wastage to maintain cost efficiency.

Coordinate concrete pouring, reinforcement inspection, shuttering checks, and other critical construction activities.

Ensure proper curing, finishing, and protection of completed works.

Support inspections, measurements, snag rectification, and handover activities.
