Accounts Officer

Job Requirements – Accounts Executive (Ginesys ERP) - Retail Industry Preferred

Candidates should have hands-on experience in the following areas

Practical working experience in Ginesys ERP software, preferably in retail operations.

Handling daily banking transactions, including bank entries, deposits, withdrawals and payment records.

Posting and maintaining day-to-day accounting ledger entries in the ERP system.

Vendor reconciliation, including verification of vendor statements, outstanding balances and payment records.

Bank reconciliation (BRS) and resolving discrepancies between bank statements and books of accounts.

Preparing daily, weekly and monthly MIS reports for management review.

Strong knowledge of MS Excel, including VLOOKUP, Pivot Tables, SUMIF, filters and data analysis.

Maintaining accounts payable and receivable records and tracking outstanding payments.

Verifying purchase entries, sales entries, debit notes, credit notes and related accounting documentation.

Ensuring accuracy of financial data, timely reporting and proper maintenance of accounting records in Ginesys ERP.

Important: Candidates must have hands-on experience working on Ginesys ERP, particularly in banking, ledger posting, vendor reconciliation and MIS reporting. Strong Excel proficiency is essential.
