Pharmacist

Job Summary

We are looking for a qualified and responsible Pharmacist to manage day-to-day pharmacy operations at Klickon Store. The candidate will be responsible for dispensing medicines, validating prescriptions, maintaining inventory, ensuring regulatory compliance, and providing accurate medication guidance to customers.

Key Responsibilities

• Dispense prescription and over-the-counter medicines in accordance with applicable laws and professional standards.
• Verify prescriptions for accuracy, completeness, appropriate dosage, and potential medication-related concerns.
• Counsel customers on medication usage, dosage, storage, precautions, and possible side effects.
• Maintain proper stock levels, monitor expiry dates, and manage medicine storage conditions.
• Handle inventory records, stock receipts, billing, and pharmacy management software.
• Ensure compliance with applicable drug licensing requirements and pharmacy regulations.
• Coordinate with delivery staff to ensure timely and accurate medicine dispatch.
• Maintain proper documentation for prescription medicines, controlled records where applicable, and purchase and sales transactions.
• Follow standard operating procedures for cold-chain products, near-expiry medicines, returns, and damaged stock.
• Maintain cleanliness, confidentiality, and professional customer service standards.
• Coordinate with the pharmacy team to support Klickon's medicine delivery operations.
