Maintenance Technician

Job Summary

We are looking for a skilled and responsible Maintenance Technician to maintain and repair electrical, plumbing, kitchen equipment, and other facility-related systems across our café outlets. The candidate should ensure all equipment and facilities are safe, functional, and well-maintained.

Key Responsibilities

Perform routine maintenance and repairs of electrical systems, plumbing, lighting, and other equipment.

Maintain and troubleshoot café kitchen equipment, including refrigerators, freezers, coffee machines, ovens, and other appliances.

Attend to maintenance complaints and resolve issues promptly.

Conduct regular preventive maintenance inspections at café outlets.

Identify technical issues and take corrective action to avoid equipment breakdowns.

Coordinate with external vendors for major repairs and servicing.

Maintain maintenance records, service reports, and repair documentation.

Ensure all maintenance work follows safety standards and company policies.

Monitor maintenance materials, spare parts, and tools.

Support outlet operations by ensuring all facilities and equipment are in good working condition.

Required Qualifications

ITI, Diploma, or relevant technical qualification in Electrical, Mechanical, or a related field.

Minimum 1–3 years of experience in maintenance or a similar role.

Practical knowledge of electrical, plumbing, and equipment troubleshooting.

Experience in hotel, restaurant, café, or commercial facility maintenance is preferred.

Ability to travel between outlets in Bangalore as required.

Required Skills

Good troubleshooting and problem-solving skills.

Basic knowledge of electrical and plumbing systems.

Ability to work independently and manage multiple maintenance requests.

Good communication and coordination skills.

Responsible, punctual, and safety-conscious.

Pay

₹10,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
