Job Summary

We are looking for a qualified and dedicated Emergency Room Resident Medical Officer (ER RMO) to join a reputed healthcare facility in Bangalore. The candidate will be responsible for managing emergency cases, providing immediate medical care, and ensuring timely treatment and stabilization of patients.

Key Responsibilities

Assess and manage patients arriving at the Emergency Room.

Provide immediate medical attention and emergency treatment.

Stabilize critical patients and coordinate referrals when required.

Monitor vital signs and patient conditions.

Assist in emergency procedures and resuscitation.

Coordinate with consultants, nursing staff, and other departments.

Maintain accurate patient records and medical documentation.

Ensure compliance with hospital protocols and patient safety standards.

Eligibility Criteria

MBBS degree from a recognized medical institution.

Valid medical registration with the relevant medical council.

Prior experience in Emergency Medicine, ICU, or casualty is preferred.

Good clinical judgment and emergency management skills.

Willingness to work in rotational shifts, including nights.

Strong communication and teamwork skills.
