Duty Hours

8-hour rotational shifts, including night shifts

Job Responsibilities

Provide immediate pre-hospital emergency care to patients during ambulance transfers.

Assess patients' vital signs, including blood pressure, pulse, temperature, oxygen saturation, and respiratory rate.

Provide basic life support (BLS) and CPR within the scope of training and authorization.

Assist in managing medical emergencies, trauma cases, and critically ill patients.

Handle and maintain emergency medical equipment, including oxygen cylinders, stretchers, monitors, and first-aid supplies.

Safely transfer and transport patients to hospitals while monitoring their condition.

Coordinate with doctors, nurses, dispatch teams, and other emergency personnel.

Maintain accurate patient care records and ambulance documentation.

Ensure the ambulance is clean, sanitized, and adequately stocked after every assignment.

Follow emergency response protocols, infection control guidelines, and patient safety standards.

Eligibility Criteria

Qualification

EMT certification, Diploma in Emergency Medical Services, or relevant healthcare qualification.

Experience

1–2 years of experience in ambulance services, emergency care, or pre-hospital care preferred.

Knowledge of vital signs monitoring, CPR, and basic life support.

BLS/ACLS certification mandatory as per project requirements.

Good communication, teamwork, and patient-handling skills.

Must be willing to work 8-hour rotational shifts, including nights.

Must be responsible, punctual, and capable of handling emergency situations.
