About Us

HTT LLP runs Yamaha Music Square and The Bangalore Drum Shop, specialist musical instrument stores in Karnataka. We’re a growing business, and we’re looking for a hands-on Store Manager who enjoys people, sales and music.

What You’ll Do

Run day-to-day store operations, including opening, closing, staff rosters and store upkeep

Lead, train and motivate the sales team

Drive store sales and meet monthly targets

Help customers find the right instrument, from beginners to professional musicians

Manage stock: receiving, counts, reorders and displays

Handle billing, cash and daily sales reports

Coordinate repairs, servicing and after-sales support

Support local events, workshops and promotions

What We’re Looking For

3+ years of retail experience, with at least 1–2 years in a supervisory role

Strong sales and customer service skills

Interest in music (playing an instrument is a plus, not a must)

Good communication in English and the local language

Comfortable with computers, billing software and basic Excel (Zoho experience is a bonus)

Organised, reliable and good at leading a small team

Willing to work weekends and festive seasons
