We are looking for a dynamic, sales-driven, and experienced Store Manager to lead our Bengaluru store, deliver exceptional customer experiences, and drive business growth.

Key Responsibilities

Sales & Revenue Growth

Achieve daily and monthly sales targets while maximizing store profitability.

Store Operations

Independently manage day-to-day retail operations, ensuring smooth functioning and operational excellence.

Team Leadership

Recruit, train, motivate, and supervise store staff to maintain high productivity and service standards.

Customer Experience

Deliver premium customer service, build long-term customer relationships, and effectively resolve customer concerns.

Inventory Management

Monitor stock levels, manage replenishment, conduct stock audits, and minimize inventory discrepancies.

Visual Merchandising

Maintain attractive product displays, brand presentation, cleanliness, and overall store aesthetics.

Product Knowledge

Develop strong knowledge of toys, collectibles, die-cast models, and international toy brands.

Reporting & Accountability

Maintain accurate sales reports, cash reconciliation, stock records, and daily performance updates.

Marketing & Promotions

Execute in-store promotions, new product launches, and initiatives to increase footfall and conversions.

Candidate Requirements

Minimum 2–3 years of experience in retail sales or store management.

Prior experience in toys, lifestyle, fashion, electronics, or premium retail preferred.

Strong leadership, communication, and customer-handling skills.

Fluency in English and Hindi is mandatory; Kannada is an added advantage.

Ability to independently manage a retail store and achieve challenging sales targets.

Strong understanding of retail KPIs, inventory management, billing systems, and staff performance.

Must be target-oriented, disciplined, presentable, and proactive.

Willingness to work mall retail hours, including weekends and holidays.
