Key Responsibilities

Full Stack Development

Design, develop, and maintain full-stack web applications using Node.js, Python, PostgreSQL, GraphQL, and React.

Build scalable, reliable, and maintainable application features.

Develop responsive and efficient user interfaces integrated with robust backend services.

AI and Document Processing

Build Python-based AI pipelines to automate document processing and underwriting workflows.

Contribute to document verification, data extraction, and decision-support capabilities.

Support the integration of AI-powered features into the core platform.

Collaboration and Product Development

Collaborate with product and engineering teams to translate user requirements into scalable and efficient code.

Participate in technical discussions and contribute to feature planning and implementation.

Work closely with team members to deliver high-quality product features.

Performance and Scalability

Optimize application performance and ensure efficient data flow and real-time functionality.

Identify and resolve technical issues across the application stack.

Contribute to architectural decisions that support platform scalability and long-term growth.

Code Quality and Deployment

Participate in code reviews, testing, debugging, and deployment.

Follow software development best practices to ensure code quality, reliability, and maintainability.

Contribute to CI/CD pipelines and application deployment processes.

Required Qualifications

3+ years of professional experience as a Full Stack Engineer.

Strong proficiency in Node.js and PostgreSQL, with experience in Python and hands-on experience with React.
