In this role, you will own the full sales cycle, from building pipeline to closing new accounts. You will generate, qualify, and convert your own opportunities while influencing the sales playbook as the company scales.

Key Responsibilities

Drive high-volume outbound prospecting across email, social, calls, and warm intros to global companies.

Build and maintain a consistently full pipeline.

Research and identify high-fit accounts and run targeted outbound sequences.

Maintain rigorous pipeline hygiene in your CRM.

Run a fast, disciplined deal process.

Lead discovery calls that uncover real pain points.

Deliver compelling product demos tailored to each prospect's specific needs.

Navigate conversations with founders, finance leads, and operations teams.

Land a mix of account sizes, from mid-market to whales.

Represent Altitude at major industry conferences.

Qualifications & Requirements

Experience in building relationships at industry events.

Ability to translate complex financial infrastructure into clear business value.
